I am Sandra. I am a dual national Swiss and Italian who decided to put an end to her world postings across Asia and Europe and settle in London about 15 years ago. People say that I am a mix of the Swiss precision and the Italian energy!
Throughout my career, I have grown within the talent management world, initially in the banking sector with UBS and then in consultancy firms.
I created BrainShop to offer client organisations around the world the solutions which authentically meet their needs. I had tired of selling what had to be sold for the benefit of the consultancy firm rather than for the benefit of the client. I strive to genuinely partner with a business and build the results they need. There is no other hidden agenda.

As you would expect, each of us has different needs and therefore our training and development programmes can be tailored to how much time you want, how much time you need, or in fact how much time you have! Some of our clients enjoy meeting on a regular basis, others prefer a one-off program to set them on the right track. You are welcome to send us a message and we will organise a no-obligation discovery call to find out what would work best for your requirements.

We are very happy to receive a message from you or just give us a call. All the details are on our Contact page. Initially we will hold a free discovery call with you with no obligation to continue with us. This session determines your initial needs, how we think we may work together and what this would cost. You can then go away and think about it (but you won’t need to!)

Once we have held an initial discovery call with you, everything including your quote will be put into writing for your agreement. The cost of working with us is entirely dependent on your individual needs but we are always able to work within different budgets and time constraints. There is a BrainShop development package for everyone.

Although we specialise in working with FTSE 250 companies around the world and their employees, this does not mean that our extensive experience isn’t relevant for small and new business owners and entrepreneurs. We already do, and are always happy, to work with individual business owners. We are all about the challenges you are facing, rather than the size of your business.

I am a passionate cyclist. When I enter a cycling shop, I see the newest bike models, the latest accessories, food and fuelling regimes. I can try on new kits, new shoes, and I meet likeminded cyclists to chat with and learn from. I can meet my coach for a training plan debrief, I can learn about the latest discoveries on training activities, and I can discover new destinations for training camps. All of these elements contribute to making me a better cyclist.
