Developing individuals

We offer Executive Coaching programmes for individuals to help them fulfil their potential in the workplace. However this style of professional development is not always appropriate for everyone. As such, we have expanded our unique offering with three separate approaches tailored to your individual needs…

Our Programmes

  • Man being coached by woman

    Executive Coaching

If you feel it is time to deal with a habit which does not support the achievement of your professional objectives, then an executive coaching programme will help you overcome. If you are challenged by a decision or a unique set of circumstances, then partnering with an executive coach will provide you with a confidential thinking partner. The role of the coach is to help you untangle some of your challenging circumstances so that you can view these situations from a new fresh perspective. These new insights provide you with a framework to guide an enhanced mindest clearly establishing your objectives as well as the potential obstacles you foresee which could prevent you achieving.

    Development Centres

Learning by doing though simulations and case studies. We work at developing areas needing attention through role play and case studies. Providing a safe environment in which you can test many approaches, until you find what suits you individually. Typically taken over one or two sessions on a one to one basis over a period of one or two months. Giving you an opportunity to test out your new approach and refine it during the next session. We can guarantee you candid and caring feedback to develop and improve.

  • Circle of trees

    Learning Circles

Learning by sharing. Two hour sessions dedicated to specific topics within a small group. Whether from the same business, or with the opportunity to mix with other business leaders. Confidentiality and rules of engagement are always thoroughly covered before any session starts. The themes selected for these sessions are never random. On the contrary, they are often the root cause behind many individual development demands and programmes. Familiarising with these topics and reflecting, not only on their origins but also strategies towards coping constructively with them, will positively impact on participants’ day to day professional life, and at times also their private life.

Our Learning Circles provide the following skill sets…

Stakeholder Management

Stakeholder management is essential in order to become influential within an organisation, not only with senior management but also with key decision makers. We identify and map stakeholders, and learn how to understand their various needs according to their power, influence and support.

“I don’t have time…”

Time management training will not help you if you feel you never have enough time to do what you want to do. Instead, learn what it is in your DNA that contributes to this lack of time and how to break the negative spiral. Get some quality time to step back, reflect and to move from a reactive way of operating to a proactive one.

Positive Mindset

Do you feel stress because you often spot risks which others don’t? Positive mindset is not about living in a risk-free world, it is about framing these problems as opportunities and learning to look beyond our own limitations. Creating a shift of mindset to feel lighter and less anxious whilst still being thorough in your analysis.

Networking not Working

We often hear “I don’t do small talk, it’s just not me”. This is a misunderstanding of networking and how crucial it is in a world where connectivity and collaboration is of paramount importance. Learn how to network with an objective mind and maintain your own network by giving back. Networking is a mindset, not an activity.

Doing versus Being

For anyone who is running at 100mph to only deliver results. You are so busy all the time that you don’t even notice the potential opportunities, or the risks. The balance between doing and being is crucial to delivering meaningful results in a healthy way. It is a marathon, not a sprint, and only the understanding of the importance of being will help you cross the finish line.

Vulnerability

Only those who show they are not superheroes stand a chance to be trusted, respected, and admired. Showing vulnerability by admitting that you don’t always have the answer contributes towards creating a meaningful and authentic relationship with others, within your teams, and with your management. Being an authentic professional is the way to feel at peace with yourself and with others.

Victim and Self Sabotage

You may unconsciously believe the world is out there to make your life difficult. Blaming others for mistakes and missed deadlines. All of that adds up to your level of stress. In this session we identify how quickly one can self-sabotage oneself with a victim mindset without even noticing, and how we can turn the tables.
